When we got there for our appointment we found that all of their doors were locked and people who had appointments were all standing outside the door. One lady called the appointment number and told them what was happening but the rep was of no help she said that they can't get in touch with individual offices that it's all automated. So even though we all had appointments we weren't allowed in and it was a waste of time and a trip. Wouldn't even give it one star.
I wouldn't give a start at all ! Rudest lady I've ever dealt with works in at front desk. Not helpful and had the worst attitude for someone who should be nice and knowledgeable . And to the comment below me I wouldn't call her a racist because she gave everyone the consistent nasty rude attitude to everyone in the room . And yes even people of her race .
Worst service I have ever had. Employees have a horrible attitude. They speak with nothing but disrespect. Extremely rude and not helpful. I was told my appointment was at 1 30 I showed up at 1:25 they told me I have to reschedule because I was late I explained I was told my appointment was at 1:30. She said well who's fault is that. With such a bitchy attitude. The person who went before me said oh I still have 15 minutes left of my appointment she can use it and the ladies laughed. No one else was in there it takes 10 minutes to ID ME . that's it. And she was to lazy to do that.. Worst place worst services.
They're never there even when they're supposed to be open! There's no people in the office, they have two hour lunch breaks posted in their hours but they're not gen there during the other times. It was supposed to open an hour ago and no one is there. Super irresponsible. You can also walk straight into the office which I don't think you're supposed to be able to do so someone needs to lock the doors better when they decide to leave and skip work the next day!!
this black lady up here was just being so rude to my mother, belittling her, making her look stupid. my mom was being as sweet as could be and patient at that. be careful out there! theirs still people with a racist state of mind. life's too short to judge about skin color. we need to spread more love.
