Came here expecting a great dessert considering the prices...what I got was a mediocre cupcake at best and an uncomfortable, unwelcoming atmosphere. It seems that the only people allowed to work up front are Caucasians even though I know people of several other ethnicities who have applied to work there and were either not called back or sanctioned to work in the back where they can't be seen. I'll be taking my ethnic dollars elsewhere
I tried the Christmas and chocolate cupcakes. They were both super loaded with frosting (like half of the cupcake was made up of frosting- not kidding!) The frosting was dry and so was the cupcake. They did not taste fresh at all! For $3.50 per cupcake, I was expecting to get a delicious, moist treat, but instead what I got was stale, dry, and not worthy of finishing. Will NOT be going back there again.
Great Service! I called and they prepared an order over the phone and even put an adorable note in the box for my sisters birthday! She loved them.

We had ordered a custum cake. I went in to check on the progress and make a payment when the manager told me the lady that took my order no longer worked there and did not give me the correct price. It was going to be quite a bit more money. This was after they already took my order. So I went ahead and found another cake that we loved. I sent pictures and I also came in and discussed the design with the manager. Everything was all set. I paid for my cake before I picked it up. Huge mistake. When I went to pick up my cake it was not fondant like I ordered, it was buttercream. There were fondant pieces on the cake that were melting and falling off. They changed the design without calling and asking. The lady behind the counter called the manager immediately , she was out of town, I told her about the situation and she argued with me and said the cake was perfect it was exactly what I ordered. I even had the lady behind the desk taste the frosting and she said it was not fondant either that it was buttercream frosting. After many messages and refusal to return my phone calls I decided to post on their Facebook page. I finally got ahold of her and she only gave me half my money back. The flavor of the cake was horrible. I have never eaten there again, and I never will. They have totally lost mine and my family's business. I would not recommend this place for custom cakes.
