I feel like I got ripped off! I picked the princess package for $110.00 and $20.00 tip! I got a call from them it was ready after 30 minutes and the owner said our team prides itself on quick excellent service! I went back to see my interior had not been vacuumed! I asked the one guy who was washing all the cars about it and he said I just bought the exterior package and I said no I didn't I just paid you guys $130. and I expect the interior to be vacuumed! He said sorry and walked away! There was some dirt streaks on the car and I can see how he didn't see those being in a dark corner of a parking garage! Yes they did put a wax on it and other things were done but $130.00 I expect the interior to be vacuumed! Ripped off!

I purchased the "Prince Package" through a Groupon. I was very excited about getting my car detailed, and tried to set up an appointment. On their website it specifies that if you have paid for a "Prince Package" through Groupon, then you can only come on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. It says this nowhere on the Groupon. This is inconvenient because I work during the week, but I thought "whatever" and set up an appointment anyway.

I was real worried with all these bad reviews, especially from fellow Groupon'ers. I even had a bad dream about it! I too purchased the "Prince" package through Groupon - but unlike the other gentleman, my car was attended to just as Royalty Detailing said it would be. 40 minutes later and my car looked bran new! It looked great, felt great, and smelled great! Not only did they waive the parking garage fee but they let me leave it there (15-20 min) so I could visit the cupcake shop a few blocks up. And all of this was before I left them a $20 tip. I wish I had more cash on me - those guys deserved more then I could give. A++

I complained about my trunk not being vacuumed, at which point the owner stated it wasn't part of the package. I think to make up for the situation however, he went ahead and vacuumed it himself while we were waiting for my key to show up. I did think that was nice of him. I waited 45 MINUTES before the car-wash attendant showed up with my key (which I'm assuming he just forgot to leave for me considering he also forgot to lock my car). The owner offered to pay for my parking tab for the day, and offered me a basic wash to make up for the ordeal, but honestly, I would NEVER leave my car in the hands of this place again.

What made it worse was the 'managers' total irreverence for customer service or trying to provide any sort of solution. His only response was 'sorry, there is nothing I can do and since you can't cancel within 24 hours you will still have to pay us.'

All-in-all, I didn't even get to have my car washed but there is no way I would ever give them my business and they probably lost out on years of revenue from me bringing in my car weekly. This is a disappointment and a let down compared to the usual downtown Gainesville community of companies.

I dropped my SUV off and they promptly received it. I had no problem with the $5.00 SUV surcharge either. I purchased the $110 "complete detail package" with carpet shampoo and exterior wash/wax. However, when I picked it up, there was still sand on the carpets in the front and back, they had not taken anything out of the trunk (there was a gym back and an umbrella - not a lot of stuff) and there was still dog hair in the trunk. Also the carpets were bone-dry. I asked the technician if the carpets had been shampooed and he said yes, which was a flat-out lie. My SUV was lightly dirty. I don't want to give off the impression that I dropped off a trashed vehicle with a mountain of dirt and dog hair. I had gone to the springs the past weekend and it needed a detail. Lastly, the door jams were still dirty and there were water spots all over the exterior (black exterior). This was a complete ripoff and they didn't even try to make it right after I told them I didn't think they did what I paid for (i.e. vacuum thoroughly and shampoo). Also, the technician didn't even bother to put down his cigarette as he looked into the interior while I pointed out the spots where they clearly had not vacuumed... a really "classy" employee ya got there, Royalty Detailing.

You use their online site to set up an appointment, however on the day and time I showed up for my scheduled appointment the one man working informed me that they didn't have me down for any appointment. When I asked if they could get to my car that day he said maybe and to just leave it there. Their website specifies that they close at 6:00 M-F, however the man working said they close at 5:00. I don't get off work until 5:00, so he said he would leave my key with the parking-attendant at the parking garage. Which brings me to my next point. You have to pay the parking garage for the time that you leave your car there to be washed. Nowhere does it mention this on their website or the Groupon.

Awful customer service. Basically, they give you no option to leave your car during the day, have it washed and then return to pick it up later. I arrived at 9:30, with my appointment at 10:30 hoping to leave my car there and pick it up at lunch. I was told it was IMPOSSIBLE to do the 'intake' early and that I would have to arrive right at 10:30 to have my car washed. I guess they don't want the working folk of downtown to have their car wash.

I go to pick up my car a little after 5:00, and as he stated he was not there. So I went to the parking-attendant at the parking garage, and he didn't have my key either. I walk over to my car and it is UNLOCKED in the UNATTENDED section of the "car-wash" part of the garage. I couldn't find my key anywhere. The nice parking attendant called the owner who showed up a few minutes later. He also couldn't find my key, and made a series of excuses as to why my key wasn't there. Then he tried to explain away my car being left unlocked stating that there are cameras in the parking garage. Gee thanks, huge relief.
