I appreciate the honesty shown by this company, and the fact that they helped me over the phone rather than trying to make easy money.
I also want to add but when the inspector came he said that he never has problems with them and they've been in business for many many years. He said that they did an excellent job and now I can feel safe.
My house was built in 1929 and these guys busted their butts to get my electric up to date. They had to get through layers upon layers of a wall and ceiling and all kinds of other things I can't even begin to explain. But everything that I asked for they did without complaints. The light fixtures they added are great! I had to pay a lot of money for all of this, but it was all worth it to feel safe.
I called to make an appointment and got an appointment for 4 days later. No big deal as the repairs were minor. While making the appointment, the electrician on the phone listened to my issues and was able to guide me on the phone on how to fix it myself. I called and canceled my appointment as the issue was fixed per the advice given.
These guys are absolutely professional. I have used them twice on our home that was built in 1968 and they have always resolved everything quickly and been able to fix all problems. Dana and Trevor are always on time, polite and friendly. They clean up after themselves, explain everything they are doing clearly, answer all questions and charge fairly. I absolutely recommend them.
Matt Gera and his team are amazing. The two times they have been out to my elderly moms house has been within 2 hours of me making the call requesting service. They are courteous and there work is thorough. I trust them and would highly recommend them.
I haven't even had this company work at my house, but I am already extremely impressed by their work ethic and would recommend them!! The other reviews are also glowing.
Eric @ Preston Link helped me tremendously this morning. I woke up with no hot water and a garage door that wouldn't work. I tried doing the breaker box myself to no avail. He walked me thru what to try over the phone and it worked. They didn't even have to come out to my house. I will DEFINITELY use this company moving fwd for all my electrical needs! THANK YOU!
