My Last complaint is about their disbursement process its October now when funds were supposed to be disbursed the third week of September.
Santa Fe Needs to work on the line in the office. Its crazy for me to sit there for over an hour because instead of filling up all the stations they only have two people ever working up front especially during peak times of the year when 30 people are waiting in line. its ridiculous.
Also they have a very long and tough Dependency Override process that took me almost a year to get approved and four times submitting forms.
Santa Fe wouldn't cover a class that I need to transfer into the UF nursing program, and dropped the class from my schedule. They also reduced my aid in half even though I added a covered class to replace the class they dropped. I desperately rely on my financial aid to pay my rent so that I can focus on school. Go to a school that cares about it students, and their students in need. It's not that they couldn't help me, they chose not to help me. They have the jurisdiction, funds, and leeway to make this right. I just wasn't worth it to them.
