The Civil Clerks Office Has The Most Rude Staff I think I Have Ever encountered anywhere. They act unaffected and are extremely useless I actually had one today tell me "I dont have to help you" if you are a public servant how or why do you feel you dont have to help me. Is the Clerk of Courts Not an elected position. Are you taking my money to do a service and file my paperwork? RUDE RUDE RUDE
They are rude and heartless as a juvenile I was judged as a foster youth and had zero representation and never once was I asked my side of things.
Kudos to the Alachua County clerk of courts . My license had been suspended for non payment of speeding ticket. I was able to resolve in a five minute phone call with a very pleasant person. If I had known it would be that easy, I wouldn't have waited so long!
