I locked my keys in my apt and Bill came to the rescue. Within an hour of me calling I was back in my place. Bill was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was great at communicating with me when he would be arriving. Bill knows what he is doing and didn't make me feel dumb for locking myself out! This is the only locksmith I would use in town. 10/10!
This company is so Great! We were locked out of our vehicle late last night and Mr. Bill had no issue driving out to help retreave our keys from inside the car. Very understanding and they hold a great amount of value when it comes to the safety of children as well. Give them a call anytime and someone will be out shortly to handle the situation.
I used them twice. Once was because I lived my keys in my car and that was handled within 45 mins and the other was to replace my key fab. That was much cheaper than if I got it from the dealership!
Bill was extremely professional. A women accidentally locked her child in her car. We called and they arrived within 15 minutes. There was no charge due to the situation. Highly recommend!!
Came out to change my locks on the same day that I called to schedule and worked very hard. Pleasant to talk to and will work with your schedule. It was no problem to have them come back to my house the next day when one of the deadbolts came loose. They came right out and replaced the lock.
