Update: I spoke with 352 and I guess there was some technical glitch with the chat service.... cause I waited and never saw a reply. But, I was really surprised when they took the time to find my information and reach out to me after they saw my review. I spoke with Victoria and she was VERY understanding and had done all the work to reach out to me. She refunded the cost my missing items and was very kind. Because of her awesome service, I'm definitely going to give them another try! From one star to four in my book for being so good to me.
Really fast, really courteous, and really professional, EASY ordering online - order, add extras in comments, pay and tip online - This was an all around great experience. The website offers a simple 3 step process: 1, pick the restaurant, which automatically takes you to that menu, 2- pick the menu items and easily modify, 3- pay and tip, cash or CC. Not only were the extra comments/additions to the order provided to the "T" but the order arrived more than 10 minutes before predicted. Also, very fair pricing, and the delivery person even reminded me that I had already included the tip. Super impressed.
Online order was quick and painless! Put my order in from Tampa, and got my girlfriend surprise lunch in Gainesville! They called to confirm the address and payment information. The app lets you track the order and keeps you perfectly in the loop. Even during the lunch rush they got my order picked up and delivered right on time. They sent a text once food was delivered. Highly recommend! No hiccups.
I have ordered from here frequently, and sadly I am done giving them my buisness. My last two orders were again missing items. I tip well and expect the drivers to check that the order is correct. My last order from Sweetberries was missing a side. The order before that from falafel king was missing two sides and my taziki sauce. The sides they did give were just dumped full of humus (normally I'd love, but I'd already ordered an extra side of hummus and was looking forward to the tabuli). I reached out to the company via their chat service and never received a reply. It's a shame. I'll miss the convenience of ordering online and home delivery.
Ordering is easy. They typically arrive quickly and with the order correct. Occasionally of course, things do happen.My issue lately is with some of the drivers. They often look very dirty and unprofessional. The last straw was last night when my driver arrived in a skimpy tank top. I don't know why the owner is allowing this to happen, maybe they are transitioning over to a different type of business these days if Bite Squad is impacting the business. If you want your food delivered by a stripper, look no further.
I ordered through 352Delivery for a company lunch (first time) and I'm very pleased we did- they showed up 10 minutes earlier than the requested delivery time and the order wasn't missing a thing, quite a feat considering how large it was. They also went above and beyond when I placed the order originally- we're located in Alachua and they don't normally deliver in this area, but since it was a large order and a restaurant they were familiar with, they were able to make it happen. My employees loved the lunch and I will certainly use 352 again!
