Natural Elements recently did some residential painting (an accent wall and 2 bedrooms) for me. The job turned out great. They were professional and helpful throughout the entire process from getting an appraisal, to choosing colors and the actual painting itself. The painter was very meticulous and made sure I was completely satisfied with the job he had done. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a painter in the Gainesville area.
Called them to do an estimate and all was well at first - the guy came on time and was extremely professional, and I was happy with the quote. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment to have the painting done - they were booked for 2 weeks but I was happy to wait. When the time came, no one showed up, and their phone number was no longer valid. This was the contact number listed on their website and on the quote they sent me. The guy said he no longer worked for them and was surprised that his number was listed. I then called the owner who promised to look into it and call me back, but he never did. No one answers their phones anymore. Don't use these guys, something weird is going on.

We worked closely with this company for the repainting of our entire interior of our home and were thrilled with the results! The process was professional and a great experience! We highly recommend them and we love the inside of our freshly painted home now! Having contractors in your home day in and out while you are living in it with your family is not easy but their crew was friendly, respectful and courteous every day. They did what they said they were going to do. They showed up on time and worked the full day as they said they would do. As a full time working parent, it was great to know what to expect each day. I have worked with some vendors where this is not the case and you never when they are coming and going. Their crew even became friends with our dog and brought him a treat!
