My dog enjoys the K-9 water fountain and the trails for walking.
There are events and activities going on nearly every weekend and the facilities are well maintained.
It's an excellent place to have fun with your little ones! It has a nice wooden place to eat and a few shops to buy food or drinks. A Museum that it's under construction, but will open soon, I'll definitely come back again!
Everyone can enjoy the Pop-A-Top restaurant for refreshments (craft beers are sold here too) and food.
A great place to throw the Frisbee on a Saturday, or lay a blanket out. With the bar and Pop-a-top in the depot it is makes for a nice place to grab a beer. It has a cool playground that it seems like a lot of young families bring their kids to. With the Cade Museum opening shortly it should help more people discover it. All-in-all the city did a great job with this park and I'm excited to see how the area develops because of it!
Depot Park is just a few blocks from downtown Gainesville and has been a hit since it opened. There is literally something for everyone.
Amazing place. City of Gainesville knocked out of the park on this place. Great for kids and adults. Great for relaxing,walking or running. Amazing for dogs also. Overall it's perfect. Something you'd expect to see in a big city like Orlando.
Nice Park. You can rent the Pavilion. Nice Restrooms. Water Play Falls, and playground. Music on Friday. Solar Phone Changing Station. Trails for skating, roller blading, walking, jogging, skate-boarding.
My children enjoy the gated park that has a wide array of standard playground equipment, plus obstacle courses and a splash park. There are also multiple large covered picnic areas that can be reserved for parties.
