a pet store, but there are Reptile stores in the area.The majority of their business is for dogs & cats. I will Never go to their store again. The manager was not apologetic at all. She said some people have phobias to dogs too, so you need to avoid their store too!!!
When paying, an employee walked to the check out with a SNAKE around her neck, that belong to someone who brought it into the store. I screamed to get it away from me! I told them them I would never come back after being a loyal customer for over 10 years. In the parking lot I saw a nice employee, Antoin who felt bad for me, because the employee lied to me. He said he would get the manager on duty to come out and talk to me. She came out, & said that snake owners have every right to bring them in the store, that they love them as much as I love my Dog!
Small compared to some of the other pet stores but it makes up in customer service. Employers are super friendly, always around to help and very knowledgable about their products .
Me and my dog Jack have been going here for more than a decade now. Great little store. The staff are what makes this store great. They ALWAYS are happy to see Jack, and if he's not with me, they wanna know "why, and where is he?". Seriously great store
when I opened the door an employee was standing there with a bearded dragon. Before I walked in, I asked the employee if there were any snakes out, because I'm deathly afraid of them. She said, NO they are in the back of store! I went to the dog food section, got my treats, went to check out.
The issue is they LIED to me when I asked, I feel that they were trying to terrorize me after I asked if there were any SNAKES out! I know that it is
On Tues 4/25, I went to the store on senior citizen day to buy dog treats.
They have the best prices on 42lb bag of everclean kitty litter consistently, and run good coupon opportunities.
