Took me 3 phone calls to them when they were supposed to call us when my mom got put of the hospital and they never did. I called them 3 times in 3 days n was finally told to come pick up her walker, shower seat, and nebulizer. The nebulizer she hasn't been able to use since she's been out of hospital cuz they're dragging they're feet. Shes terminal ill with multiple myeloma cancer and is dying and these ppl can't get their shyt str8. Imma still in waiting room, waiting. We arrived and they're all gathered at the front socializing. A woman appeared from behind a door and rudely asked me why I was here. I explained it and she went back in her hole. Still waiting. She was busy on the phone n hasn't even gotten to my mother's case. I was told yesterday they were ready for pick up n been waiting on them for 4 days total now and still do not have them. She went back into three office and began taking other people's calls to the point I had to return yup three window to check on the status and was told she hasn't gotten to it yet. WHAT HAPPENED TO DELIVERY N COMMON COURTESY? Moms in chemo and they could care less how long she's left there!!!
I am a patient on home oxygen and I have alachua county choices insurance which i understand now is part of blue cross blue shield of florida and have been very happy with their service, ask for joan when you call and she is very nice 333 2525 is their telephone number they always come when i need a refill right away and eveything works great with them, thankfully in gainesville, florida there is place like barnes who takes care of their customers and helps their patients stay healthy

Been trying for about a month to get changed to them for C-Pap supplies. Numerous phone calls, promises to get to the bottom of it but so far nothing. I would at least like a call back if they can not provide services. Had to get in touch with general manger, Trace, who put action in place and had problem rectified within one week.. After reaching him everything went as it should have.
