We got 5 different local bids for our gas line work and new on-demand hot water heater install in Gainesville. Freeman was nearly $1000 less than the top bid and we had also heard great things about them so we went with them. Project complete = saved a bunch of money, great work product, friendly staff, always contacting us ahead of time, and always on time!! Highly recommended!!
I highly recommend JW Freeman Plumbing for any type of repairs. In the time of a plumbing emergency they were accommodating, fair and honest. When calling other companies everyone wanted to do after hours. When in need of service in future I'll be calling them first. It was a pleasure doing business.
These guys replumbed my 1940s house and did it efficiently giving me the best quote of 4 people (not the cheapest, but the highest quality at the best rate). They did exactly what I asked them to do and came back to fix my 1940's toilet for free when it couldn't handle the water pressure. My company then later hired them to fix a client's toilet and they came out, saw that the problem was just something loose in the tank, they tightened it, and then didn't charge for the visit. You can't get better service.
Arrived within 30 minutes on a Friday afternoon! Impressive. Efficient well-mannered young man, Simon attended to the job with ease. I had a washing machine drain blockage that he accesses from the roof. All done in 40 minutes! Only issue is that I was told it would be $96 with basic equipment for 1st hour. I was charged $161 even though basic equipment was used. Apparently, I was not told that a "camera" had to be used to inspect after drain cleared, hense price increase by $65. I would still highly recommend JW Freeman, but suggest you understand the parameters of the estimate before you decide.
Honest, fast, and excellent work. I highly recommend it (and not just because it is owned by my son).
