The trailers need a lot of repair, but the land lady is always willing to help you with whatever is going on.
Units and grounds are well kept. Management was very responsive to seldom needed requested repairs.

If you want to have a place for your dog to live this is the place. I Rented there and got ripped off they should have paided me to live there. You could not get repairs done. the pipes leaked and the windows would not open or shut. The kitchen sink leaked and the bathroom sink leaked waited for a year to just get the toilet seat replaced, the neighbors sold crack an were junkies. The floor was soft and the whole park needs to be condemned. In there there were just a couple of people that were good people. I feel sorry for them they are getting ripped off I got out in time thank god
