They keep on saying my address is incorrect. It is correct though. Not the best service at UF.
Every time that I have to deal with them, they are always incredibly rude. I get that working with people can be hard, but the lack of customer service is astounding. Way to represent UF....
If you enjoy dealing with being the only person in line.. While 6-7 employees talk to each other.. And then them being rude because you apparently interrupt their fun time and make them work... This is the place for you.
Terrible, this department needs serious revamping. If you are going to rob students of their hard earned money you should at least allocate citation money to scholarships and/or things that directly benefit students. Shame on you, you guys are TERRIBLE and the sad thing is you guys even realize it and don't care.
