Brand new boots purchased 72 hours and not out of the box, unable to return for a refund, bought my last Redwing product
I came in to get insoles for my boots. After a few days the insoles starting hurting my feet. I went back exchanged them for another pair. Those hurt my feet as well. People at the store refused to put me on their feet measurement device, even though I asked several times. They just gave me a refund and didn't want to help at all.
At the recommendation of a co-worker I was looking to purchase a particular pair of work boots. I went in and ordered a pair because they didn't have them in stock, took about a week to get them in only to find out the salesperson ordered the wrong size. Reordered... after about 3 weeks waiting and calling and waiting the new pair finally came in. I get them home and upon inspection find a defect, admittedly I should've taken the time to inspect them at the store but I would've imagined that salesperson who shined and treated the boots would've seen it and known not to sell them. So now I'm a month in with a pair of new-busted boots. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this store at all costs
Don't waste your time and hard earned money at this place. They will not honor the "warranty" they give on their $300 piece of junk boots. Save yourself the time, money and aggrivation and go somewhere else!
Had an excellent experience with salesperson, love the shoes. Glad they are in my neighborhood.
