Have to wait 10 days to get my dog into be groomed. Receptionist not very helpful. I’m going to have to find another groomer
I cannot say enough good things about this place! From Debbie's warm smile immediately upon walk-in; to Uncle John's very skilled grooming at a FRACTION of the cost compared against PetsMart (and Prestige giving FAR better results!); to the genuine smile of happiness this all put on Granny's face when she saw Maggie freshly groomed and looking like a million-dollar Pomeranian as we carried her out the door to return home... Prestige is simply the best we have ever found! You will NOT be disappointed with their grooming packages and results: and if you are, contact me and I"LL refund you on my own behalf--that's how faithfully I believe in this establishment! Very nice people, very clean environment, great communication and followup, and you can tell everybody really has a passion for their job in this building! I wish I could give y'all TEN thumbs up, but, unfortunately, I only have two.. the rest are just fingers... =)
Serena the groomer is amazing!!!She is so good with animals and her haircuts are beautiful. Definitely would recommend.
The groom/cut was terrible. It was choppy and made my dog look worse. On top of that, I was calling all day for updates on when I could pick up my dog. They had no idea when because they couldn't contact the hospital to see whether or not my dog was done with his vaccinations. Ended up having to pick him up right when the spa closed (on my own accord because they weren't sure if he'd be ready for me to pick up that day). I'm sure that this is a nice spa that others have enjoyed, but I did not have a good experience. Would not recommend or go back to this place.
I walked in looking for a new groomer for my poodle. He got a great cut at reasonable price. Everyone was so nice and friendly
