They do not have a direct email at all. I am an online student in another state and have been calling and emailing my student financial services "adviser" for 8 days now (6 business days) and have yet to receive an email back or a phone call back. Deborah P Galloway-Coleman will probably never email me back. Pitiful.
Absolutely terrible. You can never get ahold of anybody over the phone, and on the off chance they do call you back (a week later, usually), they don't seem to even want to help you. You absolutely have to go in person if you want anything to be done. The worst part is that there are no operators working to answer general questions, you must call your specific financial adviser, and because 100's of students are assigned to them, you really never can speak to anyone on the same day, even if it's a major issue. Truly the worst department of UF.
Financial Aid Sucks. They don't do anything to help you and never answer the phone. Only returned one of my 5 phone calls. Required different documentation 5 times. Worst experience I have ever had.

I believe his name is Jose Garcia in the financial aid room - rudest person I've ever met. If you can avoid dealing with him, I would. I cannot believe UF employs such rude people to deal with such crucial and upsetting situations.
