I would really like to give Oaks Veterinary Hospital a special thank you for their amazing service, talented doctors and incredible customer service. Last year we had just arrived to Florida and I needed to have open heart surgery, we boarded our pets for 2 months and they continuously kept us updated on how our babies were doing. Now this year we needed to be seen last minute the day before Hurricane Irma arrived and they were able to squeeze us in and take care of our fur babies. Sometimes it's how you do business, deliver it and how graciously you do it, plus their just the best! Special shout out to Brittany the manager we absolutely love you, Dr Kaser, he's totally the man, and the rest of the staff... YOU GUYS ROCK!!! Thank you again!
Always Friendly! They remember your name and more importantly, your pets. Can't say enough good things, and highly recommend them!
My cat, Callie, was seen at this practice from 2004 until her death in 2017. Dr Jennifer Dean was her primary doctor and knew her well as Callie had numerous dental issues and had multiple extractions. Initially, we found Dr. Dean to be a compassionate provider, but as time progressed she seemed to be more interested in collecting a check than actually communicating with her clients. In December 2016, we dropped Callie off for a visit with Dr Dean, and upon picking her up a vet tech came out to go over the results of her visit with us, not Dr. Dean herself. This year, Callie, at the age of 16.5, began to deteriorate. I brought her in on a Friday and learned she was in renal failure. We decided to attempt to treat her at home and were given fluids and subcutaneous meds. Callie passed away on Sunday. On Monday, we called the clinic to update them, and also because we had a question for Dr. Dean. We were assured she'd call us back. However, she never bothered to. Last month, I picked up a bag of cat food for our other cat. Dr. Dean was standing at the counter. She made eye contact with me, didn't say a word, and walked to the back. Her rudeness and lack of professional courtesy is why I'll never use this practice again. You've been warned.
It was a sad visit because I had to put my 15 yr old dog down. But the staff and the vet made the process as easy as possible for my beloved dog and myself. They were very comforting and understanding.
Love love love this veterinary practice! Dr. Dean-A+++. Staff-A+++. I have been taking my greyhounds to this veterinary hospital for over 18 years. The vets are knowledgeable, compassionate, and highly skilled. Everyone there puts the pet first, not the pocketbook.
