Employees on the floor were not overly friendly, but they appeared to be stressed and busy because it was near closing time, they had a lot to do, and the store was understaffed. Cashier Laxavier, on the other hand, was friendly and personable. Kmart is a department store chain, and I would rather shop at a local market, however I do not want Kmart to disappear (as the ones nearest to me, in Orange Park and Jacksonville, already have), because Kmart is preferable to Walmart and Target in terms of customer service, prices, and is important to keep competition in the market. I give this store 4/5 stars, and encourage people in the area to continue to patronize Kmart over Walmart and Target.
This Kmart sux ..lousy service..but on the flip side has a lot of stuff on really low clearance..
