Put a safe on layaway. Went to pick it up, and it wasn't there. At the same time, there was a 12% off any purchase sale going on. Store mgr. said he'd give me the discount, but I had to wait until the next delivery of safes. At least 2 weeks. Even though someone put one on layaway the day before. I said call the guy and find out how long he was planning on paying off the layaway safe. Oops, Rural King never got his phone number. Duuuuhhhh. Mgr. said he'd give me the safe the other guy put on layaway, but I wouldn't get the discount.

Order two items from them. One was supposed to be shipped in two business days, the other within five business days. Been over two weeks, and just fine out that the order was just now but in. If you really need the item I WOULD NOT order from this company. My business will differently go else where.
I guess they really need the money. Too bad I like the store. I hope I don't get screwed again if I buy something there. Next time you have a sale, have more than 2 of the item. And keep better track of your layaways.
Went to Walmart looking for a dog kennel. Found one for $30 that could only fit a puppy. Tried rural King, found a 70lb dog kennel for $29. I love rural king
This is a great place with very helpful staff. Went in to look at guns after being at pawn shops and other retailers over the course of a few days. As soon as I walked up to the counter I was greeted and assisted by the associates. I asked many questions and held many guns the associates we're very personable. I would say if you go looking for a gun Angel is the person you should look for.
The store was a little scattered but the staff was super friendly and very helpful. The prices were very reasonable. I'll definitely go back.
