This has been my agency for my personal auto and home policies for the past several years.They deserve zero stars and I am going to be firing them as my agent. I've been trying to get quotes for a commercial policy for the past month and despite Heather assuring me she would call me back same day, she did not. I have called and left multiple messages for her (she's on the phone ... she's out to lunch, etc.) and have yet to hear a word, despite my efforts to convey the urgency of my need. They either don't care about their customers, or they are seriously inept. Either way, it's unacceptable and I can't trust them with my insurance needs and no one else should either.
