I called Jessica Otto as a State Farm representative here in Florida, and she put in a substantial effort to help me understand Florida policies, provide updated insurance information, and take the burden off of me for working on it alone. I can't express how grateful I am for her service, responsiveness, and care - and I am not (yet) even insured through her agency!
