I had the most exceptional experience at Haile Jewelry and Loan yesterday. I had some estate jewelry to sell. I was expecting an uncomfortable nerve wracking experience and it was anything but. They were kind, allowed me to watch what they were doing, and explained everything to me as they went. They provided excellent service, were extremely friendly, and made me feel both comfortable and informed. I would recommend them to anyone.

So pawn shops always kinda freaked me out. In my head they always seemed seedy and sketchy. But Sheena and Clint have made sure that their shop is nothing like what I pictured in my head! It is gorgeous. The customer services is amazing no matter if you are buying or selling there (yes I've done both). It is just a fantastic place to go. Not only that but they do so much for the community from donating to charity events silent auctions to collecting thousands of pounds of food annually for kids in need. By far one of the best local businesses in Gainesville!
