Nice place to bike and hike. Some parts of the trail are bumpy and cyclist must be careful, specially if biking at fast speed.
This time I did the Trail North into Gainesville first. The first one or two miles are OK but by mile three you are crossing too many streets and highways. I turned around and went back South. Then I went to Hawthorne. The first couple of miles are very hilly and curvy. Then it is more level. Nice trail with lots of side trips and benches. The Trailhead has good parking, water, and bathrooms (close by).
Decent sized parking lot and access to a nice trail.
Ample parking, even on weekends.
