Peaceful, quite and beautiful place. You can see a lot of varieties of birds, butterflies and other animals.
Pristine nature as far as you can see. Plenty of trails. The sky was sapphire blue and the Spanish Moss was swaying in the soft breezes.
One of the best places in Gainesville for bird watching and sunsets. Hats, sunglasses, sunscreen etc are a must since there's no shade anywhere in the park. I would have visited more often if not for the $5 entrance fee.
Power wheel chair accessible. Beautiful walking trail. Just gorgeous and peaceful place to recharge the soul.
