Affordable & convenient! Not all stations are clean. The main stations in Tallahassee, Orlando are busy and somewhat helpful. Panama City is just a stopping place..only vending machines & bathrooms here
Nice waiting area inside with bathrooms. Attendant in parking lot. Large parking area.
They do have a cold drinks dispenser. And is wheelchair accessible.
Please learn from other companies and save paper. If you have all the information on your systems and Barcodes are accessible on a mobile device, their's no harm in allowing mobile tickets.
When giving a ride to this Greyhound Bus Station I noticed how well the times on arrivals and departures ran. The employees knew their job and worked well together. With the amount of foot traffic it's not surprising how dirty the floors can get.
Nice bus station and clean. Not really a big one. Just a space to contain only one bus and there's no free WiFi like every other main Greyhound's stations. Averagely good customer service.
Driver was very rude. They are still living in the era where you have to have a paper of printed tickets and a pdf on mobile won't.
