I've attempted to use this business twice and both times have been highly disappointed. The first time I called to inquire about renting a U-Haul truck. The lady who answered the phone told me she was with a customer and would call me back in 10 minutes. I had no problem with that. I received a call back from her over 2 1/2 hours later. Needless to say I had moved on to another vendor. So, this morning I went in to ship a small box. There were two ladies sitting behind the counter and they greeted me. I explained to them what I needed to ship and this is the response I received..."The lady who does that can do that for you when she comes back. She's walking her dog." I told them I would use someone else and the older woman behind the counter responded with "Good!" These people are highly unprofessional and will never get my business.
Tried to mail out an envelope certified and they wanted to charge double the cost of going to USPS. I don't mind paying a convenience fee, however double to cost is ridiculous! As I was walking out the door, a heavy set woman started hollering at me telling me that can't charge the same as the post office or they wouldn't be in business. I completely understand you need to make money to keep your doors open, however charging double is excessive. And yelling at customers is not a good practice when trying to remain in business.. I will not be back to this location for anything now, due to the way I was treated.
