The ladies at the Newberry Post Office are wonderful. They always greet you with a smile.
Very bad service from the person who usually delivers. No matter what they try as hard as possiable to not have to drop a package off. Last package was badly damaged. It was a macbook and i will be filing a claim. Some of my things have also been opend in the past and poorly resealed.
Horrible, possible fraud going on at this facility. Mail has been delivered to a different address in a completely different street 3 times all to the same person and every time the package is opened and then after filing complaint somehow the package ends up at my house. 2 times the person that got it brought it to my house scaring my family because their not postal employee. Next time the police will be called. On top of that several times they scan the item as delivered and I don't get it till next day. Not only is this lying but it's fraudulent because it says it's delivered when it's not and I cannot file insurance claim because it says delivered even though it wasn't.
Quite often I either do not receive packages on time (it at all) or they have been delivered to my neighbors. I also quite frequently receive packages that do not belong to me. It’s not uncommon for neighbors to be swapping mail and packages because they are not delivered correctly. Out of all the places I’ve lived my experiences with this mail lady have been the absolute worst. My husband had made formal complaints without any change for the better.
