This agency shamelessly wasted our time and money and now we are left scrambling to make arrangements for a home. After being told numerous times a rental property was "pet friendly" and being prepared to pay the agreed upon pet deposit ($200 per pet) they blindsided us with the stipulation that even WITH deposits pets could NEVER be indoors, and violations would result in 3 days notice to vacate. The pet policy was the FIRST thing asked about in my numerous phone calls and multiple visits (from 45 miles away) to see property. I understand some rentals don't allow pets, and that's fine, but they should have been up front and honest. "Pet friendly" does NOT mean a dog chained up on the front porch, especially AFTER a deposit and pet fee are paid. It's a shame they feel they have to lie in order to generate interest in their rental properties. I wouldn't deal with this company again if my very life depended on it, and I would encourage others to think long and hard prior to getting involved in any dealings with this company.
