GREAT BANK BETTER THEN MY LAST BANK
Try to charge a $10 fee to cash a payroll check of a company who banks with them... Most other banks don't do that, why would they? I will never do business with them, ever.
John O, is by far the worst banker and customer service rep i have ever had to deal with. The way he treats people outside of work in the community as if they are second rate to him just because he works at a bank. I am so glad pnc allows this man to work for them. I now know I made the right decision moving all of my accounts from them..
Bank will charge you monthly transactions even if you make the require direct deposits, they will admit to their error, but not refund you because it has been over 30 days since they charge you. I was charged over $120 in fees this way. Save yourself some stress and go to any other reputable bank. Also, to add insult to injury, their costumer service is absurdly rude, both in the branch and over the phone.
Looking at the reviews I'm in shock. I had to leave a review of my own. PNC is the best bank I have ever delt with. They have corrected every issue I have had and have always given me great customer service can't complain at all
