I have been coming here for years, and this used to be an excellent bike shop. Lately, not so good. I took my bike in to have several things done, and when I went to pick it up, they had not done two of them right. Then, they told me I needed a new shifter mecanism, and quoted me $30 installed. When I went to pick my bike up, the bill was $55. The owner told me quite rudely that his employee had made a mistake and I had to pay the $55. He even told me it was MY fault for not reading the work order... that he doesn't trust anyone, and I should not trust him. I'll never go in Mr. BadBike shain! again.
I rented a bike from this shop on Saturday morning and experienced fantastic customer service from the very beginning. Because the staff took the time to adjust the rental bike specifically for me my riding day was awesome! I had such a fun day that by the time I returned the rental bike I had decided to purchase a bike from them. I'm so glad I did! The guy's are wonderful to work with. I'm excited that this great team will be helping me keep my new bike in excellent shape. Thanks Mr. Goodbike! You all rock!

Just got my bike tire replaced here today and I had such a great experience. The prices were very fair and I expected to have to come back in an hour or two but they replaced the tire and fixed a few other small things that were wrong with my bike that I didn’t even notice in about 10 minutes!
