I have received the worst customer service from Re-bike than anywhere I have ever been before. The owner I suppose "Eric", because that's what this lunatic told me. Offered to buy a bike from me. When I arrived at the shop he told me he didn't have money for it at the moment and that I needed to leave the bike there. When we told him no, he proceeded to be rude and used very vulgar language. Then he proceeded to follow us out of the store and threatened to fight my boyfriend for no reason. I will never return to this disgusting unprofessional hole in the wall.
The owner, Eric, is about as professional and personal an owner as you can hope for. The way he runs his store is sort of a testament to the classic American dream to me: Do what you love, do it well and with passion, and support yourself with what makes you happy. The bikes me we got are solid, took them for the first exercise run this morning. I get the impression that Eric has a serious passion for the quality of bikes and he gets a kick out of ensuring that someone is getting a solid bike experience with what he sells. Overall, great shop - I'm inspired by this small business on multiple levels and look forward to returning in the future.
Have been frustrated by the level of service by other shops so I thought I'd give Re-Bike a shot. I will definitely be coming back.
Exceptional service. Eric goes the extra mile for his customers and will give your bike the upmost attention. No need to go anywhere else in town — best prices and most knowledgeable shop!!
Eric was super helpful, knowledgeable about bikes, and personable. He also makes really cool lamps out of bike parts that are displayed around the shop, so look out for his cool artwork! Would highly recommend.
Have had a problem with my bike seat. But Eric fixed it within a few minutes. And despite having to replace a major part, he refused to charge me anything. Not only that, he could have sold me a a new bike seat tube -- I was more than willing -- but he said just try out his repair for a while first. The shop is nice and clean and Eric definitely knows what he's doing. (He didn't mind me watching over his shoulder, either.) Thank you Eric, a new and loyal customer.
