I had multiple problems with my 2004 Subaru Outback, and she helped me prioritize the most pressing issues to fit my budget, and let me know which issues I should attend to next. Originally a five star review. We discovered later that they completely missed what was wrong with our car. We had to take it to another shop and it cost us more than double to get it fixed right.
We were 3hrs from home with a flat tire on our trailer... This place save the day! Staff is so kind, great prices, and the waiting room is the most pleasant place considering why you are there! I wish we had them closer to us!!!
It is important to trust your car mechanic . The crew at Sal's AutomotiveER on NW 97th Blvd have my trust. It has been necessary to take my old Volvo in for multiple repairs this year, suspension, brakes, brake fluid, oil changes and tires. Accurate quotes and prompt service. They also provide courtesy drive back to your home or place of business if you need it. Very professional and courteous customer service. I'm car tech challenged and Lisa doesn't hesitate to explain procedures so I can understand. The mechanic, Mike, knows the business and has the skill to get it done right.
