The crew at Discount Tire was fantastic. I originally took my car to my local dealership to have them check out a engine warning light and they completely tried to take advantage of me. I may not be a car expert but I certainly know that getting 3 new tires (rather than 4 even though they are all the same age with the same wear) and having to get a second alignment in the short time span of 1 month after no incidents was not the best advice.
Bought a set of tires from Discount tire, from the initial phone call to a few other interactions with the guys at this location, i must say best place to get your tires hands down. Their customer service is second to none and not to mention the great prices on tires. I want to express my gratitude to John, Vito, Shane. Thank you for helping me resolve my tire issue. Had a screw in my tire. Dealership quoted me $30. Found out Discount Tire Store was super close by and they said they would patch it for free. Brought my car in right after the phone call and had it patched up super quickly with zero issues. They were incredibly friendly and professional over the phone, as well as in person. I'm glad I found this place and will definitely be going back there in the future!
Vito and his crew are always helping people understand what tire is best for them and their price range. I've been dealing with Discount Tires for years with nothing but great service and great tires. Anyone can give you great service, not everyone can sell you great tires like a boss.
With only 4 days to go until town shut down for Hurricane Irma, Discount Tire not only fit me in their busy schedule but I ended up paying HALF of what the dealership quoted me on for 4 new tires (instead of 3) plus all other maintenance that needed to be done to ensure my car was road-ready in case I needed to evacuate. Additionally, all of the employees were professional, prompt and and honest. I will definitely use Discount Tire again and recommend it to friends in the future.
As a car enthusiast, it is very difficult for me to let people handle my 2013 FR-S. But Cory was great and reassuring even allowed me to look at what he was doing. I know just a simple tire change but its like letting your child go to the pediatricians and the doctor saying you have to wait in the waiting room. But they are respectful and as a sales person good at trying to get those extra add ons. Which I would stress you should for the insurance on each tire. Keep it up guys.
