Although they were nice enough to pull 5 School uniforms and hold them for me, since my order from Old Navy hadn't arrived by the time we had to get on the road to take the grandkids back down South, I called several stores ahead of time and Rosses dress for less on Archer Rd was the only store left that had anything. Needless to say the customer service was the worst! First the man on the phone didn't want to check to make sure they still had some left and if so could he please hold them for me until 3:30 he just acted like I was inconveniencing him and he rudely let me know that if I didn't get there by 3: 30 he was putting them back out on the racks. I purchased the items, plus 5 more, and the final straw was when I was checking out and I politely let the cashier know that I didn't want the hangers, but she proceeded anyway telling me that it was easier for her if she didn't have to remove them, so I began removing them and she got very irritated because it was taking so long and she then grabbed some clothes and began to remove the hangers. I will not shop in that particular store however I will still shop at Rosses dress for less, just not the one on Archer Rd.
Always good deals for really cute clothes. I always find nice dressed for $10.99. Well with it! The service there is good too. Everyone very friendly and helpful.
Not so good customer Care, you can't try the pair of shoes untill you buy it, they won't remove the tie between shoes. Overall nice place
Great deals on great brands and products. There are some fakes in the store but there are also plenty of authentic quality brands like Nike adidas under armour and polo.
