This week, I was told a brake light on my car was out. Robert Anderson went out of his way to assist this “senior” with the correct bulb, replacing bulb in a the fixture, then checking to be sure it worked!
My repair shop at the time, (no longer) tried to charge me 3x the retail price of a new battery for my car. I went online to find a battery. Batteries Plus was offering 10% off an internet purchase but required me to call store for availability. I did call and spoke with Robert, the store Manager. Robert immediately offered to match the Inet discount and purchase over the phone with him. At first i thought he was trying to up-sell me, but that was not the case. He gave me more battery options that my repair shop didnt even mention. In the end, he even went WAY above and beyond by assisting me to install the battery. Bottom line - I was in a bind and Robert stepped up to help! This Thanksgiving season, I'm thankful for it, and that's a fact!
Each time I’ve been to the this store, I’m greeted warmly and the assistance is excellent.
Just got off the phone with Robert he told me he was the store manager. First time I called he made me feel because there where 3 different customer's in line it was my fault and that i had to call the store back just to ask your prices on a repair and your warranty policy. He kept trying to rush me off the phone and said " there are 3 other people that need my attention". I went ahead and just called back. The man did not seem helpful at all. So i call back and the same thing again happens i ask if you guys price match and he was just rude the whole time , and once again try to rush me off the phone because there where other people that needed his attention. I have not stepped foot in here and instantly received horrible customer service. I'll take my business elsewhere. No thank you !

The employees at this location or really helpful. They’re very customer service oriented and ensure that the customers needs are met. I’m grateful they were able to fix my phone that even Apple could not fix. One employee in particular Stephen fixed my phone for me and gave me tips on how to optimize the usage of my device. Kudos to an exceptional job, and saving me hundreds of dollars in the process!
The manager, Robert Anderson, honored a warranty on a product that I bought there a couple of years ago. After some confusion was created when I called the store and spoke to a salesperson there about the problem I was having, Robert Anderson called me at home to clarify the confusion. He persuaded me not to go to another shop to replace the product, and he insisted that I allow him to give me a free replacement. Batteries can be very important in people's lives, and the product in question was of great importance to me, so I appreciate Robert Anderson's integrity and concern. I will continue to shop at Batteries Plus Bulbs.
