Customer services is consistently great with plenty of employees to help out. They always match prices without difficulty. Return process was wonderful as well... no questions asked.
Everyone here is extremely helpful and they even used my phone to take a picture of a help forum on their tablet so when I got home I could do it myself!!! I would visit this store everyday if I could
Worst customer service. Both Gaetan and another employee without a name tag were extremely rude and unhelpful. Wouldn't apply a military discount to my friend and kept saying "well I can ask a manager" OKAY YOU SHOULD. The other employee shoved his way past me and my friend. My visit was at 2:50PM on 11/30 if you would like to view on camera by the store pick up.
Firstly, Best Buy itself is a great enterprise in itself. Very good offers and great student oriented strategies. I love to shop at particularly this Best Buy because of very friendly representatives that explain you each and everything, and let you know the best available deals. Very satisfying experience. Morgan, is one of the very polite and helpful sales rep there. If you ever have any specific questions about deals, she is the one youngster wanna ask. Have had a couple of times when I wasn't able to apply deals and she was able to resolve those problems and suggest best options. Great help! Thanks Morgan. Go Gators! Go Best Buy!
We have the protection plan plus and last week my iPad would not turn on so they sent it back and I now have a new one at no charge. Then I had to take Gena's computer in today due to tea having been spilled into it and they are sending that in for repair at no charge. It pays to buy the protection plan on any electronic device. Thank you Best Buy!
