They do awesome work and have the integrity to being a great company, however the company is not 100% fair to all employees. They told me that I was doing a fantastic job the first month I was there and by the second month it seemed that I wasn't fitting in. This was possibly due to one of the partners daughter needing a full time position. They said that I made a few mistakes. The job was very intense and would take anyone more than two months to learn it all, although they really do not have a training program.
