The staff were not very welcoming. I tried to communicate with my stylist and she did not want to communicate. She was silent the entire time. Also, following the hair wash my stylist parted my hair incorrectly without asking first or mentioning it at all, then cut my hair. She had me pointed towards the wall, not the mirror, therefore I could not see that she did this until she was finished cutting my hair. Once I saw that my hair was parted incorrectly she just stood there as I told her and she said, "Oh you didn't want it parted like that?". That is a question that I should have been asked before she cut my hair. I parted it correctly (it naturally parts down the middle) and noticed that the hair on the left side of my face was much longer than on my left. So I pointed that out to her and she attempted to correct it. She did not cut much more off, and I could still see where the left side was still longer than the right, but it was getting late, I had a long day at work, and I was ready to go home so I just paid and left. I will never go back. The staff need to be more customer service oriented, and the business needs professionals. They are cutting hair, not selling toys. It is important that the employees know what they are doing and CARE about what they are doing. This stylist did not appear to know what she was doing, nor did she appear to care.
I took my nephew in for a quick cut at 5pm on a Sunday and was very impressed. The staff was attentive, the cut was well done, and the price was reasonable. That rarely happens at a new salob on a Sunday night, so I wanted to make sure that I recognized their efforts.
Debbie Haller is an awesome stylist. She nailed my short cut the first time and the second time too.
I just had partial highlights in my hair last Saturday and I see no difference in the color of my hair and the highlights. I've had the same person do my highlights before and they turned out wonderfully but not this time. I will not waste the $60 on having highlights done here again. A very disappointing experience compared to previous visits. Maybe it's due to them not being able to use the hair dryers anymore. Leaving for vacation today and so wanted a nice hairdo but didn't get it this time!
I had a terrible experience with Debbie. I asked her for a specific style, showed her several pictures and even where I wanted the length. The style looks like a bowl cut and it's and 1 1/2 to short. Leaving me to look like a little boy for the next several months till it grows out. My husband had a bad experience with her as well and she destroyed his hair, it took several months and cuts to get it back to where it should be. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was terrible, I feel u rediculous and everyone I know has told me my hair looks bad it's way to short. I don't want her to Los money but something needs to be done, maybe more training.
