Mostly ontime. Doctors and nurses are excellent. Check-in/check-out is pretty unfriendly.
My wife and I see Dr. Rubin at this practice. He is always on time, has excellent bedside manner and is very thorough. He will take his time with each patient, making sure he goes over everything. My daughter is with Dr. Hansen and she's very likable and makes her feel at ease. These doctors remember us every time we go, and treat us as people, not numbers. This is a wonderful practice and I recommend it to all.

I have nothing but good things to say. Our daub went for follow up orthopedic appointment and they were fast efficient and very pkeasant.
First appointment scheduled for my kiddo today. The address listed on google is not accurate and when I called to find out how to get into the office it took us to, the lady was rude and did not even apologize for the incorrect info. We arrived early for our scheduled appointment and proceeded to sit while several other patients that came in after us were called back.
Please note that Family Medicine at Haile has a brand new facility just up the road from the old clinic.
