Terrible staff. Most don't have any interest in helping you and can be rude. Better treatment could be found anywhere else. I don't recommend anyone go there. Even their phone number listed online doesn't work.
The staff was super nice and helpful. I didn't have an appointment and I was still able to be seen the same day. After filling out the paperwork I was called back in 20 minutes. I cannot stress how nice everyone was. I may just apply for a job there.
The staff is awful. They don't tell you the right information and waste your time.
They don't care about your comfort or feelings. Even if you are afraid, they won't allow a spouse or parent back with you, even if you are willing to sign the related HIPAA form. They are horrible and would rather you be scared and uncomfortable than make ANY accommodations. They also won't answer questions and expect you sit down and shut up.
The ONLY nice people there are the receptionists.
The service there for the students is awful. My daughter was severely ill and had to wait four hours to see someone. The doctor asked her to get blood work done the next day so she came back and the nurses said without an order they couldn't do anything. All of the parents and students on the posting boards complain about the service and care. It is better to send your child to a walk in clinic with a friend, at least they wont be waiting four hours (while sick) for sub par care.
