My husband and I spoke to the GM to maybe trade for another used vehicle and void this deal. The GM was surprised that the vehicle was even certified. The only way he offered to help was for us to trade up to a brand new $40+thousand vehicle!
I picked it up and will do business elsewhere.
I was told they might get to it sometime today-maybe.
I understand I’m getting a free service and yes they very well may be busy back there but I think 4 hours is excessive. There’s a lack of communication, the person you speak to on the phone tells you yes if you bring it in at this time we can have you done by said time at the latest. But don’t expect that when you actually drop off your vehicle.
Went in with my friend during her car deal and enjoyed the service the first time we went. Originally that got me to think maybe I'd be interested in a jeep. Never did I think it would be actually attainable. I didn't feel pressured to buy by anyone there. Kenny and Thomas ended up getting us both AWESOME deals on the cars we wanted. The service was fast and they worked with us on what we wanted. Kenny and Thomas were both patient and kind and helped us with all our questions and sealing the deals. They even stayed late to help me purchase mine. So happy with the whole experience!! Now we are both the proud owners of 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokees!!! Thanks Kenny and Thomas!!!
with the purchase of my Jeep I was allowed 4 free oil changes/tire rotations at the dealership.
At 430, I finally get Joe, and he's acting kindve shady-telling me that my car is "in transit". When pressured to answer what exactly that meant, he tells me that it hasn't even been looked at...they are really busy. What's the point of an appointment, and better yet, why am I hunting you down to get an answer to the whereabouts of my car....? He acted as if he didn't care, and even pulled a "who are you again?" moment.
Was reminded Friday about the appointment on Monday. Dropped the car off before the appointment time that Monday morning, and was told that I'd receive a call from Joe ( the service manager assigned to me ) if "he decides to come to work today"-says one of his coworkers.
If I could give this experience less than one star, I would.
So we were lied to repeatedly that the vehicle was never wrecked, had a clean car fax and they backed it up by certifying the vehicle! Turns out it was in a significant high speed sideswipe that involved the front and back passenger side. They sold us a dangerous, unsafe vehicle and was not willing to make it right. We ended up having to trade and lose over $6000. The dealership we used to trade said that the vehicle would go to auction because they would never sell anything like that on their lot. I'm absolutely disgusting how these predators took advantage of us. Their certification means absolutely nothing. This is how Marvin and Randy and the GM treat their military customers. I urge you to stay away from this dealership.
Called 1 week before to make the appointment regarding a transmission issue on a brand new car.
We'll see. Leaving trail rated Jeep Wrangler for service. Multiple lights going off as usual. Hopefully it doesn't cost too much to get it running safely. I work for for the US postal service , not sure if that mattes
I bought a 2013 Dodge Durango (around 40,000 miles)on 07AUG17 and I was told it was a "Certified Vehicle" and had a clean car fax. An obvious lie.
As of 1230 the following day, it still hasn't been worked on.
These guys just don't care.
Service is generally slow so we scheduled ahead of time, dropped my Jeep off for a scheduled oil change appointment. 4 hours after drop off when I come to pick it up they had “just taken it back”
At 2 pm, I called to find out that he was on lunchbreak and would return my call. 2 hours later, no call.
I reminded him of the appointment I had made last week, and also the courtesy call on Friday....at any point he or someone could have communicated that the dealership was backed up.
Update: they had my Jeep for a total of 5 hours FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I ended up waiting an hour after I came back to pick up my Jeep. Once I have used up my free oil changes I will not be returning to actually pay for this kind of service.
The balance job didn't solve the shaking problem, so I took it back to the service department. My husband drove with one of the service Technician. He admitted there was something wrong but his advice was not to drive 65+ so it wouldn't shake!
I had to grab one of the techs to put the air cabin filter panel back in.
I failed to mention that we had the same car in for an oil change two weeks prior. They didn't even put it back together again when we left to leave.
No-we'll just take your car and sit on it until we feel like giving you call at some point.
