I took my Leaf in for a new battery 2 months ago. They still have it. I'm serious. Two months later. No car, two months. No idea when they will ever get it working again. The license tag expired on it today. Nissan is involved but it isn't helping. Did I mention the part where they ran it into a garage door?
I definitely plan on going there again!

Wonderful service and staff! I went in for an oil change before work; they had me in and out in no time. The gentleman who helped me was so great. He showed me what needed to be done to my car, but didn't push me to get it all done right there. He was considerate and took the time to answer my questions without pushing me to pay for more than I needed to that day.

I took my 2014 Nissan Versa to get a diagnostic on my AC. The AC would only blow cold air when driving down the road but as soon as I hit a red light the AC would stop working and the car temp would go up. Jesse at Gainesville Nissan was my advisor and according to him it was my A/C compressor that wasn't working. He gave me an estimate of $566.80 plus 3 hours of labor and a drive belt for another $62.38. Lucky for me, I know a friend that knows a thing or two about cars and he was able to determine the real problem as being a bad radiator fan. I bought the part for $120 and paid him $80 to install it. Definitely ruined the trust I had for Nissan. If you're a dealership I expect you to accurately diagnose the cars you specialize in. It's a shame some kid could do a better job.
