The office staff and mechanics at Carrsmith are polite and do their jobs well. Much appreciation to Kurt and Mr Ray Carr, the owner, who treat my sons and I with courtesy. Mr Carr took time to go into detailed explanations on how things work in the car, (I don't know much). He even showed me a sample of what a rear brake looks like. I am especially pleased with the "no pressure", giving me time to save for future maintenance issues. We are not rich folks, living from pay check to paycheck and car maintenance can be pricey. So, I appreciate the patience and understanding and telling me way ahead of time what needs to be attended to, according to priority. We've been doing business with Carrsmith for many years and if they continue to do a good job for our car with the "no pressure" attitude, they can be assured of our business. They are also a AAA recommended business.
A fine institution. We recently had to have my wife’s alternator and rear wheel sensors fixed. Their front man, Kurt, was kind and knowledgeable. He clearly and concisely explained how the issues we were having with the car were related to each repair. He was also able to communicate via text message- making interacting with him and the business a hundred times easier than calling and speaking over phone. Based on some nonrandom data points, they seem to be on the more expensive side of a car repair. But hopefully they pass some of those profits through to the employees, because they have great ones. Also, remember to ask for the AAA discount.

I really like these guys. I've been going to Carrsmith for five or six years now, sometimes for small things like oil changes and sometimes for major repairs. I strongly recommend them. They're thorough, honest and conscientious, and they really know what they are doing. I've always had a good experience there, and they've kept my car running like new.
