Among the best mechanics I've worked with in the many regions of America I've lived in and, as well, an incomparably decent man.
An issue that no other mechanic was able to figure out, Hugo did. He was kind natured and generous with his time. He told us he wouldn't charge us hourly, he would charge us depending on the level of effort, and in the end, after putting in 5-6 hours labor, charged us only 2. I highly recommend Hugo, if you're looking for a great VW mechanic, but what makes him so rare is his level of honesty and caring, he really just wants to help the best he can.
Quite possibly the best service I've ever had from an auto shop. Hugo is knowledgeable and courteous. I was treated with respect and really felt that he just wanted to make sure I as a customer was taken care of. Recommend this shop to any and all.
Hugo is the man! Before even getting to his shop, or him knowing I'd be coming in, he spent 30 minutes on the phone with me talking through our engine issue. He let my spouse and I stay in our Rialta while he worked on it, and worked hard to figure out what was going on.
