Terrible customer service all around. Unfriendly staff who are also not very helpful and outrageous wait times for even the most simple tasks like oil changes
Crazy Experience of my life not because it took 8 hours for a oil change and break job, Nope not at all not even because they put a tire tech on my car for breaks. I'm mad because while turning off my oil light one of the guys made a mistake and programmed my one an only key to Mykey I understand every one makes a mistake.It is a program in fords that limits the speed limit and music for teens. So I called back to let them know I brought my car back Christina tried to help me but then realized that I need a second key and told me good luck because they couldn't help. Wow now I have to pay 150 or more to get a key.
I am probably biased because I work there. I enjoy working at Pep Boys. We work hard to satsatisfy all. I enjoy helping others to solve the problem associated with their cars and trucks. I don't get paid a lot. But, the experience, benefits, and opportunities are worth it. Many of the managers and employees are veterans. As a disabled veteran I appreciate this. I plan to make a career at Pep Boys.
So update on what's going on with my car well Christina and I had a misunderstanding which was my fault because I was not listening. They are working with me to get the issue fix and I am definitely a happy customer right now. I will continue to go to pepboys. They showed me that a great business always fix there mistakes. Big thanks to Christina for help me and calling me with updates. It's the little things that counts and I appreciate it all.
Went in because the undercarriage panel had fallen off my car. As soon as 9:00AM, we were immediately seen. Because we had all the pieces needed to put the panel back, they lifted my car, placed it all in, and only charged me a pair of pins that I was missing. Joseph took great care of my car, definitely returning. Great service!
Traveling from Tampa to Atlanta during Hurricane Irma. My truck burned up the drive shaft carrier bearing. Towing a heavy camper put a heavy load on it. We purchased a bearing at another part store and came here to see if they could help us press it on. One of the service techs named Mark P, was very helpful it was a challenging project but he took it in stride and didn't leave us hanging. We appreciated his service and his attitude this Pep Boys hire some good guys.
