Brilliant man who up and abandoned my 22 y/o daughter and my care after being told on April 11, 2017 we would be seeing his P.A. Matt from now on. Over the next 2 weeks multiple calls, site message, cancelled self scheduled site appointments.After two weeks of puposefully evading our rquest I realized we had bee abandoned. Then began endless lies and ecuse over obtaining medical records that had supposedly already been forwarded to family MD. Reluctantly due to lack of medical records family Dr's Nurse Practitioner help try to fill gap until I could mainlyvget managemet for tube feedings started on his reccomendations. I understand he did something similiar at a practice in Orlando. It seems Dr Shah enjoys the Diagnostic aspect of his practice but not the mundane hassles required for maintenance of the incredibly sick group of people that he sets out to help. We caught him multiple lies just before last appointment and hires under qualified staff according to AHCA requirements. I regret deeply having every gone to him. Now everything has to be repeated because it discredited by his unethical abandonment!
