Dr Kaye was patient and really listened to my concerns. Rather than just prescribing meds she also offered healthy long term suggestions that included natural supplements. She diagnosed something that another doctor had missed. After months of feeling lousy I felt better in just a few days. The staff was helpful and the office has a cool vibe.
Dr. Kim Kaye has served as my mother's primary care doctor for several years. My mother has chronic Lyme disease and Dr. Kaye has been instrumental in her care. She has been available for consultations with the family and helped with making major care decisions. We highly recommend Dr. Kim!
Dr. Kaye is a nice, caring doctor. I've been one of her patients for over a year and have had no problems seeing her, or receiving proper care. The only issue is that there is always a surprise charge or balance. $100 here, $40 there, etc. I'm aware of how insurance works and the possibilities of services being covered or not. However, there seems to always be something. Oddly enough, I've never had this issue before at other offices. Yet, I've had the same insurance policy for years. Aside from Dr. Kaye being a great doctor, I'll be looking for a different PCP. I want to go to an office that'll have clear cut insurance billing / copays.
The staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr Kaye and the other nurse practitioners have all been amazing. I'm so happy I found doctor Kaye she really knows what she's doing and I can relax knowing I'm in good hands. Would definitely recommend, especially if you are dealing with complicated health issues and chronic illness.
Went in for a physical in November of 2013. Still getting bills from Quest lab services in Sept of 2014 even though this physical was supposed to be covered by insurance completely. I have called Blue Cross, Quest and this office countless times at this point. The office staff seems like it is no big deal - 'This happens fairly often'. The one time I talked to the office manager, Julie, she told me to ask for her when I call but I always get someone else. I guess my free physical will cost me $150. So frustrating, won't go back....
