Dr. Kaye is superior in many ways! She is one of the few doctors that actually does a thorough physical exam. That's right folks she actually uses her hand to check lymph nodes, palpates abdomen, and does a neurologic exam. She took the time to get a complete history which is a very important key to my health. Because of her thoroughness and history taking she was able to piece together a concern that needs more attention and diagnostics. She did not write off my presenting concerns, but instead explored the why. It is clear she truly loves what she does and truly cares about her patients. Her staff is great and helpful. I admit I had to wait a couple months to get in but it was worth it.
Love Doctor Kimberly Kaye. I will say to be prepared for a wait but only because she takes her time with each patient and treats everyone like family. Even with the long wait I recommend her to everyone.
Diana said they don't take car accident cases because they are a private office and have no way to bill Progressive as if they can't fill out the paperwork the adjustor provides and send back to them. Diana your a peach.
Tried multiple times to get an appointment, as Dr. Kaye is on my plan and is supposed to be knowledgeable about Lyme disease. Her office manager talked to me twice, but never made an appointment, even had me send her my Western blot test results. I also sent a request via their website, always polite. I have never encountered a doctor who can't be bothered to respond to a patient in need until now, but if I got the cold shoulder when I have insurance, how will you and yours get treated? I've never written a negative review on any doctor, but this one is well deserved.
Dr. Kimberly Kaye is the best. She's an expert in her field, and for that reason, she is in high demand. Often times she cannot take in new patients. She spends time with her patients, which is a quality you don't see in most doctors. Highly recommend.
